1.Customers are allowed to return and replace goods within 14 days (or more) after receiving products.You will get refund within 3-7 business days.

3.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
4.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.If you start a return, the shipping fees are on your side. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
